How will I submit requests?

Once you've subscribed, you will get access to your own company dashboard to connect the Saltless Digital team with you and your team. You can submit requests through the company dashboard, see progress, and delivery date estimates. This saves the hassle of looking through long email chains. You'll love it, we promise.

How fast will a request take to complete?

Most requests are complete in an average of 3 business days (Monday-Friday). However, more complex requests can take longer, but we'll always keep you updated.

Do I need to sign a contract?

Nope. Feel free to cancel anytime. No contracts. No hurt feelings.

How does billing work?

We'll set you up with an automatic payment system so we don't need to send so many invoices... again, less emails, less things to keep track of.

Can't we edit our website on our own? Why would we need this?
